DOES THE PERFECT BRA EXIST?

Does the perfect bra exist? What should the perfect bra be like? Many of us ask ourselves this question. Especially those of us who have never worn a bra that is truly right for us. So, if you've ever asked yourself this question, this article is dedicated exclusively to you! :)

Furthermore, you'll also be interested in this article if you spend half your day thinking about getting home to take off your bra… because yes, we know this happens to many of you! And it's totally normal, because if that happens, it's simply because you haven't found your perfect bra yet, buuut you're already here, reading this article that we're sure you'll find very interesting :)

The perfect bra is the one that perfectly adapts to our needs, to us, and to our body. For a bra to be considered 100% perfect, at least for us, the Singular girls, we must consider 4 variables. Four variables that we, of course, have decided on after our daily experience advising you. And for a bra to be perfect, these variables are not only necessary but also become essential requirements to consider a bra more than ideal for us.

Shall we look at the requirements together?

The four requirements are:

  • Comfort: A bra should always feel comfortable. Practically, for a bra to be considered perfect, when we put it on, it should feel like a second skin. It's that simple. If you feel your bra too much, if you're looking forward to getting home to take it off as we mentioned at the beginning of the article, if the underwire tends to dig into your chest or armpit, if the band is too tight or you even feel it's always too loose, if the straps hurt you or cause chafing… if any of these things happen, we will no longer consider the bra comfortable for you (logical, right?) and therefore, it will no longer be the perfect bra.

  • Support: If you have a large bust size, for a bra to be considered perfect for you, it must provide perfect support. A bra where you feel that your breasts don't move with every step you take. If the bra is perfect for you, you will never feel your breasts moving differently from the rest of your body; on the contrary, you will feel a movement completely in sync with the rest of your body because, basically, they will be well supported and in place, where they should be!

            And what happens if you have a small bust size? Well, this depends on each person's decision and what we feel comfortable with or not. There are many girls who, even if they wear a 90B bra size, for                example, feel the absolute need to feel supported, because after all, breasts still move when making sudden movements. Other girls, however, like to feel freer                  with bras without any support, more like a top. So, if your bust size allows it and you wish to, support can certainly be removed from the requirements for your search for the perfect bra.

  • Functionality: A perfect bra must be functional. And what do we mean by functional? That it is practical, that you can wear it with many types of outerwear, and, above all, that it is easy to put on. That it doesn't become a problem or an ordeal to have to fasten it at 7:00 in the morning, for example.

  • Taste: It can be a basic bra, with little lace, with a lot, whatever its design, but, you must like it. If you don't like a bra, if you think it's comfortable, supportive, fulfills its function, but you don't quite like it for any reason, then it won't quite be a perfect bra. It might seem silly, perhaps for many it is, but feeling secure in ourselves, feeling fully confident, depends entirely on us. And many times this is achieved simply by dressing from the inside with character, with the desire to conquer the world!

If we play with these four requirements and find the bra that meets them, we will have finally found the perfect bra for us. At Singular, we are sure of it!

Keep something super important in mind: the four requirements are general requirements because we can never say or assure that a specific bra, or a specific brand of bras, will be the best. It will always depend on the type of breasts we have and, above all, on the bust size we have.

If you have a large bust size, you will need a specific type of bra, but also, if you have a large bust size and it also starts from your armpit, for example, you will need a different type of bra, like a minimizer bra, that slims and flatters your figure.
