These are the conditions for countries in the rest of Europe:

To proceed with an Exchange and/or a Return, you must fill in a very simple form: go to the form. Afterwards, you will receive an email explaining what you have to do with the product, as well as the estimated time of the process.

At Singular, Corsetería Única, we want you to feel comfortable shopping, so we offer you personalised advice whenever you need it, by email or WhatsApp for all Europe. Even so, when the order arrives at home, if it is not as you expected, you can make an exchange or a refund:

1)General Conditions

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return or exchange the item. After 14 calendar days, the company will not accept any return or exchange.
Important: The initial shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer in the case of return and refund of the order. The customer must take into account that the shipping costs are a charge that the transport agency applies to Singular, Corsetería Única.

2) Exchanges and Returns for countries outside Spain

-The return of articles is permitted for orders destined for countries outside Spain.

-RETURNS: The customer may return the articles of his order, sending them at his own expense to the following address:

Avenida de Alicante 26, Entresuelo, Oficina 3 & 6. CP: 03203, Elche, Alicante, SPAIN (CORSETERIA SINGULAR).

When the return arrives at CORSETERIA SINGULAR facilities, the customer will receive a full refund within a maximum of 7 working days.

-EXCHANGE: To make an exchange outside Spain, the customer must return the article to the address of Corsetería Singular, and then make a new purchase at if he/she wants to receive the new size or colour again.

IMPORTANT: Before sending the item to Corsetería Singular, we must be informed of the RETURN. You must fill in the Returns and Exchanges form --> GO TO THE FORM.

IMPORTANT: Corsetería Singular will not be responsible for the amount of Customs upon receipt of the Exchange or Return. Corsetería Singular will contact the customer to inform the amount and specify the method of payment.

3)Condition of the Product

The product must always be returned in its original box or packaging. The box or packaging must not be painted.

It is very important that the product has all its original labelling (both external and internal).

In the case of the panties, they must always have the safety pouch on.

For reasons of hygiene and quality of the company, in the case of panties that specify in their product sheet that they do not admit returns or exchanges, the exchange or return will not be carried out.

The product or products returned must not have objective signs of having been used previously.
If the aforementioned conditions are not met, the company reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return of the product.

*If a return or exchange is not accepted, the company will keep the product in its warehouses for one month, previously notifying the customer by e-mail so that the customer can decide how he/she wants to receive the goods again.

4) Return of the amount

Once we have received the product and checked that it is in optimum condition and with its original labelling, with no signs of having been used, you will be refunded the amount of your order within 7 working days.
