for a change and/or a return,You must fill in a very simple form:go to the form. Once you fill it and send it to us, you will receive an email explaining what you should do with the product, as well as the estimated time of the process.

in singular, unique corsery, we want you to feel comfortable buying, for that we offer youpersonalized advice whenever you need usthrough the mail or by phone. Even so, when the order comes home, if it's not how you expected, if it doesn't get you or doesn't suit you when you try it, we inform you thatthe changes are free.You can read all the detailed information here:

(1) General conditions

the customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return or change the item. After 14 natural days, the company will not accept any change or return.

important:the initial shipping costs will not be returned to the customer in the case of return of the order and refund of the same. the customer must bear in mind that the shipping costs are a charge that the transport agency applies to singular, unique corsery.


(2) Changes

- thefirst change is completely freefor spider peninsula and portugal.♪ read down for countries out of spider, and islands ♪

- the item can be changed by another size, by another color or even by another model. change is also supported by another totally different product.

-the second change will have transportation cost: 8€ iva included.

- the estimated time for changes is 3 to 5 working days. *the change period may increase if the requested new product is not in stock.

- for reasons of hygiene and company quality, no changes of products with silicone are allowed, as is the case of the bras without back or of products that, due to hygiene, specify in the same description of the product. In any case, this information will always be detailed in the same product sheet.

*From Sunday, November 14, the beginning of the black friday, changes and returns can be made until January 10, 2022.

(3) Returns

you have two options to make a refund:

(1)You take care of it.send the product or the products on your own.

-write a prior emailinfo@corseteriasingular.cominforming of this, with the name and surnames of the order and the order number.

- we will answer the email with the confirmation of return and the address where you must send the return.

- remember to put in the return box a paper with your name and surnames and the order reference.

- when the product arrives at our facilities, we will check that it meets all the requirements to be returned and the refund will be made.

-the refund will be made through the same payment method with which the order was made. In the event of having been a counter-refund order, the customer will be asked for an account number to make the refund effective by transfer.

(2)We take care of ourselves (only the spider peninsula and portugal):fill in the change form and/or returns and our transportation agency will pick up the products you want to return.

- this management will have a cost of €3.50 for transportation costs and will be discounted from the final refund, which will be made once the product has arrived at our facilities.

-the refund will be made through the same payment method with which the order was made. In the event of having been a counter-refund order, the customer will be asked for an account number to make the refund effective by transfer.

- the estimated time for refund of returns is one working week from receipt of return.

- for reasons of hygiene and company quality, no refunds are allowed:

- products with silicone, as is the case of bras without back or anti-red bands.

- products that, in case of hygiene, specify it in the same description of the product.

- in any case, this information will always be detailed in the same product sheet.

-important: the initial shipping costs will not be returned to the customer in the case of return of the order and refund of the same. Please note that these costs are a charge that the transport agency makes singular, unique corsery, and that this is a service that the customer has already benefited when receiving the order.

4)Second management

if the customer has benefited from a free change, the second change or return management related to the same purchase, will have transportation cost: 8€.

5) Changes and returns for Canary Islands, Zeuta and Melilla.

- the change or return of the items is permitted, in the orders for the Canary Islands, Cluster and Melilla.

-CAMBIO: To make a change in the canary islands, ceuta and melilla, the customer must return the item to the unique corsery address, and make a new purchase later at www.https://corseteriasingular.com/en/ if you want to receive the new size or color again.

-back: the customer may return the items from his order, sending them to the following address:

important: before shipping to unique corsery, we must be informed ofCAMBIO/devolution. the change and return form must be filled out -- ▪go to the form.

important: singular corsery will not take charge of the customs amount when receiving the change or return. singular corsery will contact the customer to report the amount and specify the form of payment.

6)Product status

the product should always be returned in its original box or packaging. the box or packaging should not be painted.

  • It is very important that the product has all its original labeling (both external and internal).
  • In the case of the panties, they must always wear the security ship.
  • in case of hygiene and quality of company, in the braguitas that specify in your product sheet that do not admit returns no changes, the change or return will not be made.
  • the returned product or products should not have objective signs of having been used previously.

if the aforementioned conditions are not met, the company reserves the right to refuse the change or return it.

*In case of not being accepted a return or change, the company will keep the product in so warehouses for a month, communicating it to the customer by e-mail so that it is the customer who decides how to receive the goods again.


(7) Return of the amount

Once we have received the product and checked it is in optimal condition and with its original labeling, without any signs of having been used, you will have the refund of the amount of your order within 7 working days.

if you made the order through the form of counter-refund payment, you will have to provide us with your account number to make the refund.

if the customer considers it appropriate, he may exchange the amount of his return for a coupon check to use in singular without expiry date.

8) Changes and returns for countries beyond spider

- the change or return of the items is permitted, in orders for countries outside of Spain.

-CAMBIO: you must fill in the formCAMBIOwhich can be accessed from here --go to the form.

important: the change will have a shipping cost + 9€. (Shipping costs depend on the country. they will be the same as when the order was made)

-back: the customer may return the items from his order, sending them to the following address:

when the return arrives corseteriaSINGULARthe customer will receive their full refund within a maximum of 7 working days.
