How much are the shipping costs?

*For orders shipped outside Spain, check in the shopping cart. The shipping cost varies according to country.

If the order is equal or superior to 60€, the shipping costs will be totally free in Peninsula.

For orders under 60€:

3,50€ - Spain Peninsula.

6,99€ - Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. *For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, there will always be a shipping cost.

5,99€ - Portugal Peninsula. *For Portugal Peninsula, there will always be shipping cost.

What is the delivery time for my order?

The delivery time for Spain Peninsula is 24/48 working hours, as long as the order has been placed before 13:00h, the order will be processed the same day. If the order has been placed after 13:00h, the order will be processed the next day and therefore, you will receive it within 48 working hours.

For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, delivery will be made within 48/72 working hours.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, delivery will be made within a maximum of one week.

For shipments to Portugal Peninsula, delivery will be made within 24/48 working hours.

For deliveries outside Spain, delivery will be made within 3-4 working days.

The transport agency does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Which transport agency will deliver my order?

The transport agency that will deliver your order will be GLS, for Spain Peninsula, Portugal Peninsula, for Balearic Islands and outside Spain. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, your order will be delivered by CORREOS.

How many payment methods are available for ordering?

You have 5 payment methods available. We adapt to you, always:

-Credit or Debit Card: through Redsys payment gateway 100% secure. There is NO additional cost.

-Bizum. 100% secure payment gateway. If you use Bizum in your daily life with your friends and acquaintances, you can also do it now with us. It has never been so easy to buy a bra online! There is NO additional cost.

-PAYPAL: through a 100% secure payment gateway. NO additional cost.

-Cash on delivery: you will pay the carrier once the order arrives at home. It has an additional cost of 1,99€. This associated cost is the result of the commission that the transport agency applies to Singular. *The cash on delivery payment method will be deactivated for Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Portugal Peninsula and outside Spain.

-Bank Transfer: once you select this method of payment, we will specify the account where you will have to make the transfer. Once we receive the transfer, we will proceed to prepare and ship the order. This payment method has NO additional cost.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, all the prices that you can see in the Singular catalogue include VAT, so there will be no surprises in the payment process!

*For the Canary Islands and for orders outside Spain, VAT will be removed from the shopping cart. In case of being a country outside Spain, the VAT of the country selected in the shopping cart will be applied.

What steps do I have to follow to place an order?
